Maybe I’m not the only one that noticed the way the St-Catherine street in Montreal is becoming more and more classy, with more and more mono-brand boutiques opening. One of them is the recently opened Swatch boutique, on the corner with de la Montagne.

Owners of Omega, Longines and other Swatch Group pieces can rejoice! As of today, just next to the Swatch boutique, Swatch Group Canada opens a Customer Service Center that should make you life easier if your timepiece needs a repair or maintenance.

Walk-in customers are welcome and quick and partial services will be provided immediately when possible.

The new Customer Service Center will service the following brands under the Swatch Group (Canada) Ltd. umbrella including Breguet, Blancpain, Glashütte, Jaquet Droz, Omega, Longines, Rado, Tissot, Hamilton and Calvin Klein. Swatch watches will only be serviced at Swatch retail locations.

Update

I need to make a precision: Swatch Group Canada services on place watches up to Omega, all other pieces from higher end brands that need repair are sent to Switzerland.

Service Center customers entering the comfortable and welcoming reception area can enjoy their visit by exploring special elements such as discovery walls to find out more about the individual Swatch Group brands and the art of watchmaking.

The Montreal Customer Service Center is a satellite operation to the Toronto Service Center, which remains the main service location for Swatch Group (Canada) Ltd. Its hours of operation are 9am to 6pm Monday through Wednesday, 10am to 7pm Thursday and Friday. The Service Center is closed Saturday and Sunday.
