When it comes to diving watches, Clerc is one of those Swiss brands that is not afraid to explore new paths instead of overly relying on their archives. I’m a big fan of their charismatic design, their trademark bezel, the innovative C-CLIP mechanism that would rotate it, and the overall masculine look of their watches.

It’s nice to see watches in studio shots, where we can appreciate all the tiny details of a timepiece, but it is also important to see them in real life, and for diving watches, real life means being wet, being close to sharks and next to corals. To have these kind of shots, Clerc is working with two professional diving photographer, Chris Leidy and Chris Parsons.

Enjoy the wet world of Clerc!

By wearing a Clerc Hydroscaph Chronograph will make sharks think, you're one of them. OK, that's not true...

As a graphic designer, I'm fascinated by the crossroads between technology and aesthetics. Horology is one of these crafts, where art and engineering come together to produce mechanical wonders that grace the eye. WatchPaper was born from the desire to create an online tool where I can share my passion for watches.
